Effective April 1, 2010, there will be important changes to the Anthem Traditional Plan II, a PPO available to certain employees in the Indiana Eligibility business unit. Due to this change, employees who are enrolled in this medical plan will have a Special Enrollment opportunity to change the medical plan election, the dependent(s) associated with the medical plan, and your HSA contribution amount (if electing the Consumer Choice Plan). Dependent Audit from March 1 - 15Employees with dependents aged 19 or older who are listed as full-time students or on a church-sponsored mission will receive information via e-mail and at their home address detailing the documentation requirements to maintain coverage for the student.
