2009 Vision Coverage

Important Note:  There will be no changes to your vision options in 2010.

ACS offers vision plans for your covered vision expenses. Under the Vision Plan, you may receive services from any licensed opthalmologist or optometrist; however, the plan options pay increased benefits when you receive services from a network provider.

The level of benefits differs based on the vision plan in which you enroll. You have the following vision options:
  • - Vision Service Plan (VSP), or
  • - OptumHealth Vision (formerly Spectera)

If you choose VSP or OptumHealth Vision, the Vision Plan covers the same expenses, but each option uses a different provider network.

In addition, the Coast-to-Coast Discount Program offers vision care discounts using the most comprehensive provider network in the United States.
