You are generally eligible for ACS’ benefits if you are classified as a regular full-time employee (not temporary, contract, project-based, or part-time) and regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week for ACS or one of its subsidiaries that participate in ACS’ benefits. In general, you may cover:
- - Your spouse or domestic partner
- - Your dependent children under the age of 19
- - Your dependent children who are full-time students at an accredited college or university
- - Your dependent children who was deemed disabled prior to the age of 19
