If you are an employee of ACS or its subsidiaries residing in Hawaii, you are eligible for coverage if you work at least 20 hours per week for four consecutive weeks for ACS or one of its subsidiaries that participate in the plans. Your eligibility date is your date of hire, and you must enroll within 31 days of your date of hire to be covered on your date of hire.
