Planning your health benefits enrolling is an important step in protecting the health and well-being of you and your family. New hires must make benefit elections within 31 days of the eligibility date. Thereafter, employees may only make changes to benefit coverage during the Annual Enrollment each fall, unless the employee experiences a qualifying event.
