If you have previously registered on the Aetna Navigator website,

• -  Go to Aetna’s secure website at www.aetna.com.
• -  Log in with your existing user name and password.
• -  Click “Assess Your Health with Simple Steps to a Healthier Life” under Health Management to begin.

If you have not previously registered on the Aetna Navigator website,

• -  Go to Aetna’s secure website at www.aetna.com, and select “Register Now.”
• -  In the purple box, select “I am the subscriber, primary member, or employee eligible for one or more of the following: > Personal Health Record, > Simple Steps to A Healthier Life, > Aetna RX Home Delivery.” Click Next.
• -  Enter the required information, including your name and Member ID number. If you do not have Aetna insurance, enter your Social Security Number as your Member ID. Click Next.
• -  Create your username, password, security questions, and security responses. Click Submit.
• -  Click “Assess Your Health with Simple Steps to a Healthier Life” under Health Management to begin.
